Where can I spend my WHSmith Gift Card?

WHSmith Gifts Card can be used as full or part payment for goods in UK WHSmith stores (excluding concessions and stores located at motorway service stations, WHSmith Local, London Underground sites or WHS franchise stores), as well as online at www.whsmith.co.uk

What is the helpline number for online Gift Card purchases?

For help with online purchases of WHSmith Gift Cards, you can contact us via e-mail at whsmith@voucherexpress.net or call our helpline on 0371 384 1003. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm and Saturdays 9am - 12 noon. If calling from overseas, please dial +44 1765 647240. Please quote your order number when you contact us.

What will happen after I place my order online?

We will send you an email to confirm that we received your order. Two days before your requested delivery date we will send you another email informing you that your Gift Card has been despatched. If we are not able to process your order, we will contact you by email.

What are the payment methods online?

We accept Visa credit cards, Visa debit cards including Delta & Electron, Mastercard, Maestro (uk) / switch, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What will appear on my credit card statement?

Your credit card statement will read "Voucher Express".

What do I do if I want to place an order for Gift Cards over the value of £500?

Can I send a personal message with the Gift Card?

Yes, you will be given the option to write a personal message when purchasing your Gift Card online.  Your message will be included with your order.

Do you offer a same day despatch service?

Same day despatch is available online, before 3pm Monday to Friday, and costs £7.50. If you require same day despatch delivery, please select this option online or alternatively call 0371 384 1003 to place an order by telephone. If calling from overseas, please dial +44 1765 647240. Orders need to be placed by 3pm to be despatched the same day.

Is there an expiry date on a Gift Card?

Yes, WHSmith Gift Cards have a 2 year expiry, from the date of purchase.
